Objective
The FLAVEaT project, as a driver of sustainable socio-economic development, aims to develop continuing vocational training programmes to raise awareness among professionals in the food sector. - The use of computer vision systems enables automated and objective food inspection.
- The target professionals include food specialists, technologists, engineers, laboratory analysts, as well as graduates from universities and higher technical schools who are newcomers to the food sector.
