Identification of the Data Controller

In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the Data Controller informs users that it has created profiles on the following Social Networks:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Instagram
• YouTube
• LinkedIn

for the main purpose of advertising our services and contacting potential clients and professional candidates.

The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by the Data Controller, thereby showing interest in the information published on that network.

By voluntarily joining the Data Controller’s page, the User gives consent to the Data Controller to process the personal data published on their profile.

As a user, you may access the privacy policies of the relevant Social Network at any time and configure your profile settings to ensure your privacy.

The data contained in your profile will be processed by our entity solely within the Social Network itself and will never be processed by us outside of the Social Network.

Publications

Once you have joined our page, and if you wish, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In all cases, you must be the owner of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of any affected third parties.

Any publication on the page, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., related to minors, or that infringes or may infringe honour, morality, ethics, good taste, decency, intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or any other law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

Our entity shall not be held responsible for content freely published by users. Users should be aware that their posts may be viewed by other users and that they are solely responsible for their publications and privacy.

Advertising

Our entity may use Social Networks for advertising purposes, always complying with the applicable Data Protection regulations and the LSSICE.

Recommending our pages to other users so they may also benefit from promotions or stay informed about our entity’s events or activities shall not be considered advertising.

Competitions and promotions

Our entity reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which users who wish to participate and who follow our page may take part. The terms and conditions for each promotion, when carried out through the Social Network platform, will be published there, always complying with the applicable laws and regulations.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with them.

Personal data

Our entity, as Data Controller, will carry out the following actions:

• Access public information on the user’s profile.
  
• Send individual messages to users through the Social Network channels.
  
• Publish information related to our entity on the user’s profile.
  
• Publish page status updates on the user’s profile.
  

Users may stop following our entity on social networks at any time, manage their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, users must access their privacy settings.
