BAKE4FUN: Ainia develops bread that reduces anemia and improves intestinal flora, in a new European project

With the aim of achieving healthier products that increase the intake of antioxidants and improve intestinal flora, Ainia Technology Center participates in the European project ‘Bake4Fun’, which tries to develop and elaborate bread enriched with microencapsulated iron in wholemeal flours.
