A unique technological solution: AI Chemical Vision
CHEMInspector consists of an inspection system that combines hyperspectral imaging systems, exclusively designed lighting sources and analysis software that uses AI to analyse production in real time, which is implemented on the production line without the need for contact or sample destruction

The combination of photonic technologies for capturing everything

Photonic technique that makes it possible to obtain the spectral signature of any material and extract information about its chemical properties.

Technology that combines image capture (areas) with detailed information on the composition of each point (spectral signature).
Applied artificial intelligence
- Decision-support algorithms
By imitating human intelligence, it makes it possible to analyse large amounts of data in order to make decisions. Based on the spectral signature, these techniques make it possible to identify foreign materials or estimate the composition of a product
- Edge computing
The use of graphics processing units (GPUs) makes it possible to accelerate the processing and analysis of large amounts of data in real time, without the need to send the data to a server and enabling real-time decision-making during the process.
- Augmented reality
It makes it possible to highlight in an image those aspects of interest by showing valuable information that facilitates understanding. Thanks to hyperspectral imaging, it is possible to identify, for example, foreign materials or defective products, and highlight them against suitable product.
