CHEMInspector: The power of chemical hyperspectral imaging

The power of chemical hyperspectral imaging

Real-time production safety

The CHEMInspector solution guarantees the detection of any anomaly in your product so that it can be corrected, thanks to the chemical information contained in the product’s spectral signature, enabling the quality and safety of 100% of production to be measured in real time in a non-invasive way.

Conventional machine vision technologies are not sufficient because they cannot measure chemical properties, making them unable to characterise products based on parameters that are not visible to the human eye.

Potential applications:

100% Quality, 0% Waste

A unique technological solution: AI Chemical Vision

CHEMInspector consists of an inspection system that combines hyperspectral imaging systems, exclusively designed lighting sources and analysis software that uses AI to analyse production in real time, which is implemented on the production line without the need for contact or sample destruction

Las tecnologías de visión artificial convencional no son suficiente porque no puede medir las propiedades químicas, siendo incapaces de caracterizar productos a partir de parámetros no visibles por el ojo humano.

What conventional vision cannot see

Chemical vision

The combination of photonic technologies for capturing everything

Photonic technique that makes it possible to obtain the spectral signature of any material and extract information about its chemical properties.

Technology that combines image capture (areas) with detailed information on the composition of each point (spectral signature).

Applied artificial intelligence

By imitating human intelligence, it makes it possible to analyse large amounts of data in order to make decisions. Based on the spectral signature, these techniques make it possible to identify foreign materials or estimate the composition of a product

The use of graphics processing units (GPUs) makes it possible to accelerate the processing and analysis of large amounts of data in real time, without the need to send the data to a server and enabling real-time decision-making during the process.

It makes it possible to highlight in an image those aspects of interest by showing valuable information that facilitates understanding. Thanks to hyperspectral imaging, it is possible to identify, for example, foreign materials or defective products, and highlight them against suitable product.
