At Consumer, we study consumer perception of certain products in order to provide our clients with valuable information for decision-making, and this simply means that you are the protagonist.

When we talk about consumers, we are talking about the foundation of any Consumer study. They are our reason for being.

We reward you

Frequently asked questions

What do market studies or product tastings consist of?

The studies we carry out help companies reformulate or develop new products, taking into account consumer preferences, as well as their purchasing and consumption habits for certain foods.

What requirements must I meet to participate in these studies?

You must register in our database and complete your entire profile, either through our AINIA Consumer app or through the Consumer Portal https://portalconsumidor.ainia.es.

If you are under 18, an adult (parent/guardian) must include you in their profile. Once you turn 18, you will be able to have your own profile.

To be part of our database, no specific requirements are needed. Each study has its own requirements and, therefore, the corresponding filters are applied for each study. However, in most cases, the five senses are required, so it is important not to have any sensory impairment that would prevent the study from being carried out normally.

How can I download the APP?

When will I start receiving surveys?

There are many consumers interested in participating in our studies, which is why our system sends surveys randomly, taking into account its basic requirements (gender, age…).

As examples, the last time you participated in a study, withdrawals/cancellations from other studies, sociodemographic variables, etc. are taken into account.

What types of studies are carried out?

We conduct in-person, home-based, and online studies.

Where are in-person and home-based studies conducted?

Most of these studies are conducted in Valencia, where our facilities are located. There may be cases where clients request studies in other Spanish cities.

Therefore, it does not matter where you are from; if it is not for in-person studies, you can also participate in online studies.

Can I register my children so they can also participate in studies?

If your children are under 18, you can register them from your personal profile. Whenever there is a study for them, you will receive the email addressed to them and you will need to complete the survey taking their preferences into account.

If they are selected to attend an in-person study, they must be accompanied by an adult who will need to sign a consent form upon arrival at the facilities.

The reward for the study will be paid into the bank account listed in the personal profile of the parent/guardian.

Is my participation in the studies rewarded?

Your responses and opinions are very valuable, therefore, whenever you participate in a study, you will be rewarded for it.
