<\/span>em alimentos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72fee63c elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72fee63c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os produtos fitossanit\u00e1rios (inseticidas, fungicidas, herbicidas\u2026) s\u00e3o subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas cujo objetivo \u00e9 proteger os vegetais de organismos nocivos.<br\/><\/p><p>Trata-se de subst\u00e2ncias amplamente utilizadas, cujos res\u00edduos podem aparecer em produtos t\u00e3o diversos como:<\/p><ul><li>Produtos de origem vegetal, como frutas e hort\u00edcolas, material vegetal, produtos transformados (sumo, \u00f3leo, vinho\u2026), leguminosas ou frutos secos<\/li><li>Produtos de origem animal, como carnes e carca\u00e7as, ovos e ovoprodutos ou leite e produtos l\u00e1cteos<\/li><li>Outros: alimentos para animais, aditivos, suplementos alimentares, extratos, conservas, embalagens, etc.<br\/><\/li><\/ul><p><br><span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">O controlo deste tipo de compostos \u00e9 importante tanto do ponto de vista ambiental como sanit\u00e1rio<\/span>, uma vez que podem ser prejudiciais para a sa\u00fade dos consumidores. Por este motivo, e como medida de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, nos \u00faltimos anos a Uni\u00e3o Europeia tem vindo a refor\u00e7ar a pol\u00edtica de restri\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente aos res\u00edduos de pesticidas nos alimentos, estabelecendo \u201climites m\u00e1ximos de res\u00edduos de pesticidas\u201d em produtos de origem vegetal e animal.<br\/> <\/p><p>As empresas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o (cadeias de supermercados), impulsionadas pela procura de uma parte dos consumidores por garantias adicionais de seguran\u00e7a alimentar, adotaram crit\u00e9rios de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e rejei\u00e7\u00e3o mais restritivos do que os limites legais.<br\/> <span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">Este fator \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia para as empresas que abastecem cadeias de supermercados da UE e de pa\u00edses terceiros.<br\/><\/span> Em especial, porque os requisitos de cada cadeia s\u00e3o espec\u00edficos e devem ser verificados de forma individual em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de cada cliente, subst\u00e2ncia ativa e produto.<br\/> A AINIA desenvolveu sistemas que permitem realizar esta avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados de forma espec\u00edfica para as cadeias de supermercados de
