informa\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar prestada ao consumidor, introduziu como novidade a rotulagem obrigat\u00f3ria da informa\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional para a maioria dos alimentos transformados. Os componentes de declara\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria s\u00e3o: valor energ\u00e9tico, gorduras, gorduras saturadas, hidratos de carbono, a\u00e7\u00facares, prote\u00ednas e sal. Esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional obrigat\u00f3ria pode ser complementada voluntariamente com os valores de outros nutrientes como: \u00e1cidos gordos monoinsaturados e polinsaturados, poli\u00f3is, amido, fibra alimentar, vitaminas ou minerais.  <\/p><p>A informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as caracter\u00edsticas nutricionais de um alimento constitui atualmente <span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">um elemento essencial na decis\u00e3o de compra do consumidor<\/span>, uma vez que lhe permite, sobretudo \u00e0queles com necessidades diet\u00e9ticas espec\u00edficas, escolher o produto que melhor responde \u00e0s suas necessidades.<\/p><p>Por tudo isto, os fabricantes e distribuidores de produtos alimentares devem verificar os par\u00e2metros de qualidade comercial e nutricional do
