Avanc\u00e9es importantes dans le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fractionnement par CO\u2082 supercritique<\/strong>, orient\u00e9s vers <strong>l\u2019obtention de fractions enrichies en biomol\u00e9cules \u00e0 potentiel th\u00e9rapeutique<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de sources naturelles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syst\u00e8me avanc\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement et d\u2019encapsulation<\/strong> orient\u00e9 vers la<strong> protection et la stabilisation de l\u2019acide butyrique.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de syst\u00e8me gastro-intestinal en mod\u00e8le avanc\u00e9.
