ind\u00e9sirables de l\u2019organisme d\u2019origine immunologique.<br\/><\/span> Les prot\u00e9ines allerg\u00e8nes stimulent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire de certaines personnes et provoquent une r\u00e9ponse excessive et pathologique.<br\/> Les sympt\u00f4mes de l\u2019allergie peuvent \u00eatre l\u00e9gers (congestion nasale, inflammation et \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es, etc.), mais dans
