de substances largement utilis\u00e9es, dont les r\u00e9sidus peuvent appara\u00eetre dans des produits tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s tels que :<\/p><ul><li>Produits d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale tels que fruits et l\u00e9gumes, mat\u00e9riel v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, produits transform\u00e9s (jus, huile, vin\u2026), l\u00e9gumineuses ou fruits secs<\/li><li>Produits d\u2019origine animale tels que viandes et carcasses, \u0153ufs et ovoproduits ou lait et produits laitiers<\/li><li>Autres : aliments pour animaux, additifs, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, extraits, conserves, emballages, etc.<\/li><\/ul><p><br><span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">Le contr\u00f4le de ce type de compos\u00e9s est important tant du point de vue environnemental que sanitaire<\/span>, car ils peuvent \u00eatre nocifs pour la sant\u00e9 des consommateurs. Pour cette raison et comme mesure de protection, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne a renforc\u00e9 sa politique de restriction concernant les r\u00e9sidus de pesticides dans les aliments, en \u00e9tablissant des limites maximales de r\u00e9sidus de pesticides dans les produits d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale. <\/p><p>Les entreprises de distribution (cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s), motiv\u00e9es par la demande d\u2019une partie des consommateurs pour des garanties suppl\u00e9mentaires en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, ont adopt\u00e9 des crit\u00e8res d\u2019acceptation et de rejet plus stricts que les limites l\u00e9gales. <span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">Ce facteur est d\u2019une grande importance pour les entreprises qui approvisionnent les cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s de l\u2019UE et des pays tiers.<\/span> En particulier, parce que les exigences de chaque cha\u00eene sont sp\u00e9cifiques et doivent
