Objective<\/h2>\n

The main objective of the GLOBALSAFEFOOD II project is to create a data infrastructure or data lake capable of bringing together, in an integrated and interrelated way, all internal and external sources of information for agri-food production companies, with the aim of building new digital applications for controlling and managing food safety risk and vulnerability to food fraud.<\/p>\n
