{"id":72362,"date":"2023-05-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/transparencia\/supralem\/"},"modified":"2023-05-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T00:00:00","slug":"supralem","status":"publish","type":"transparencia","link":"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/en\/transparencia\/supralem\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPRALEM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2>Objective<\/h2>\n<p>The main objective of this project is to research lemna and microalgae cultivation and processing technologies to obtain new ingredients that are more environmentally sustainable and have improved nutritional and\/or technological characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2>Activities<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Evaluation of cultivation techniques to improve the chemical composition of aquatic biomasses.<\/li>\n<li>Development of vertical lemna cultivation techniques and monitoring of its growth<\/li>\n<li>Pretreatments and extraction of fractions of interest<\/li>\n<li>Development of ingredients from lemna fractions<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of results<\/li>\n<li>Dissemination and communication<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2>Results<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mineral fortification processes (Fe and Mg) in lemna and microalgae biomasses and Mn defortification in lemna biomass.
