advanced, high-value digital services in the field of personalised nutrition, understood as the convergence between a productive pillar of enormous importance for the Valencian Community, namely food production, and a pillar of the welfare society, namely the development of digital services that have a direct impact on citizens\u2019 health.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
