The \u201cGenerAtIve Food\u201d project undertakes the cutting-edge mission of revolutionising the food sector through the application of<\/span> Generative Artificial Intelligence<\/b> technologies and advanced natural language processing to synthesise and analyse multiparametric information associated with food. This covers critical areas such as<\/span> food safety<\/b>, <\/span>consumer preferences<\/b>,<\/span> nutritional and sensory criteria<\/b>, <\/span>legal regulations<\/b> and evidence from scientific research<\/b>.
The initiative focuses on interpreting large datasets in these areas to design innovative foods that respond precisely to the requirements specified by users and companies through needs expressed in natural language.<\/span><\/p>\n
