It also seeks to strengthen the skills of food sector professionals, turning them into critical agents of change in the promotion of specific EU Green Deal strategies, as well as in the exchange of best practices between partner countries. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Activities<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The skills will be mainly related to food law, food safety and emerging aspects in the food sector, such as food safety culture, food waste reduction, artificial intelligence (AI), 3D food printing, computer vision systems, etc., thereby contributing to the sustainable adaptation of food production.
