Las instituciones comunitarias apuestan por un cambio de modelo de gesti\u00f3n de estos residuos, que tiene un car\u00e1cter lineal, hacia una econom\u00eda circular.\u00a0 Desde AINIA contribuimos a este cambio mediante la v<strong>alorizaci\u00f3n de subproductos y residuos org\u00e1nicos<\/strong> generados en las actividades agroindustriales para la obtenci\u00f3n de compuestos de inter\u00e9s, como los \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles (AGV). Por ello, hemos organizado un webinar bajo el t\u00edtulo: \u0093<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/webinar-produccion-acidos-grasos-volatiles-subproductos\/\">Producci\u00f3n de \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles a partir de subproductos<\/a>\u0094 que celebraremos el 1 de diciembre, \u00bfquieres saber m\u00e1s?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La econom\u00eda circular es un nuevo modelo de producci\u00f3n y consumo que es necesario debido a la necesidad de nuevas fuentes de materias primas, la mejora en la seguridad de suministros de dichas materias primas, y por la necesidad de disponer de materias primas de car\u00e1cter renovable que reduzcan su impacto sobre el clima y las emisiones de CO2.<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">De subproductos org\u00e1nicos a \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles (AGV\u00b4s)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los subproductos org\u00e1nicos que se generan en la industria agroalimentaria, las explotaciones ganaderas y agr\u00edcolas, y en las plantas de tratamiento de agua y residuos urbanos, pueden convertirse en materia prima renovable y alternativa, por ejemplo, para producir \u00e1cidos grasos vol\u00e1tiles (AGV). \u00a0<strong>Los \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles son compuestos qu\u00edmicos org\u00e1nicos que se clasifican en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de carbonos en su cadena<\/strong> (ac\u00e9tico, propi\u00f3nico, but\u00edrico, val\u00e9rico, caproico, etc.). En la actualidad, mayoritariamente, se sintetizan qu\u00edmicamente a partir de intermedios del petr\u00f3leo. Tienen un amplio rango de aplicaciones como aromas artificiales en la industria alimentaria, cosm\u00e9tica y farmac\u00e9utica, aditivos alimentarios, biopol\u00edmeros, biocombustibles o biodisolventes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de un proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n anaerobia con cultivos mixtos y aplicando unas condiciones de operaci\u00f3n determinadas, se pueden generar dichos AGV a partir de los subproductos org\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Recuperaci\u00f3n de AGV\u00b4s. Un desaf\u00edo t\u00e9cnico y econ\u00f3mico<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la generaci\u00f3n de los AGV\u00b4s, la importancia de recuperarlos y purificarlos es vital en algunos sectores industriales ya que dichos compuestos necesitan tener una pureza concreta para poder ser utilizados en sus procesos productivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, estos procesos aguas abajo (<em>downstream processes<\/em>) de recuperaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos en caldos de fermentaci\u00f3n son un desaf\u00edo tanto t\u00e9cnica como econ\u00f3micamente. En numerosas ocasiones requieren de un trabajo de integraci\u00f3n de diferentes procesos que garantice la recuperaci\u00f3n de los compuestos objetivo con la pureza necesaria y, del mismo modo, permita la reutilizaci\u00f3n o reaprovechamiento de las fracciones restantes acondicionadas en procesos previos o de otra naturaleza (por ejemplo, limpieza).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para reducir el coste de concentraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n, es necesario aplicar innovadoras estrategias de operaci\u00f3n basadas en la combinaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros operaciones clave, y <strong>t\u00e9cnicas de bioaumentaci\u00f3n basadas en el enriquecimiento de cepas bacterianas espec\u00edficas<\/strong>, que permitan maximizar la producci\u00f3n de AGV y dirigir el proceso hacia uno o varios \u00e1cidos espec\u00edficos seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde de AINIA investigamos las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimas para incrementar el rendimiento de producci\u00f3n y tipolog\u00eda de AGV, en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de los subproductos org\u00e1nicos. Conocemos as\u00ed las aplicaciones m\u00e1s interesantes de cada uno de los subproductos y el dise\u00f1o de procesos biol\u00f3gicos \u00f3ptimos.<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Expertos en valorizaci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de subproductos <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/webinar-produccion-acidos-grasos-volatiles-subproductos\/\">Webinar sobre producci\u00f3n de \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles a partir de subproductos<\/a> transferiremos a la industria c\u00f3mo valorizar los subproductos y obtener AGV\u00b4s con la calidad requerida y de forma eficiente. Abordaremos las siguientes cuestiones:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t<li><strong>Valorizaci\u00f3n de subproductos org\u00e1nicos mediante fermentaci\u00f3n anaerobia: Producci\u00f3n de \u00c1cidos Grasos Vol\u00e1tiles. <\/strong>Hablaremos de los AGV\u00b4s generados durante el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n anaerobia, sus usos y aplicaciones m\u00e1s importantes. Adem\u00e1s, comentaremos c\u00f3mo dirigir un proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n anaerobia para obtener un determinado perfil de AGV.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de AGV\u00b4s<\/strong>: Pondremos el foco en la recuperaci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de los AGV\u00b4s de inter\u00e9s generados a partir de fermentaciones anaerobias de subproductos. Expondremos la metodolog\u00eda que hemos desarrollado para la toma de decisiones que permiten seleccionar aquellos procesos y estrategias de recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, mostraremos distintas experiencias empresariales con el fin de demostrar la utilidad.
