Este tipo de proceso podr\u00eda permitir su uso como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/cultivos-celulares-ods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ingredientes funcionales en la industria alimentaria o cosm\u00e9tica<\/a>, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello, se han seleccionado ves\u00edculas extracelulares procedentes de tres fuentes diferentes por sus caracter\u00edsticas y potencial funcionalidad: un microorganismo <strong>probi\u00f3tico<\/strong> del g\u00e9nero <em>Lactobacillus,<\/em> c\u00e9lulas vegetales de <strong>mandarina <\/strong>y una <strong>l\u00ednea celular humana <\/strong>(hep\u00e1tica). \u0093<em>Se ha trabajado en la optimizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de purificaci\u00f3n de ves\u00edculas por cromatograf\u00eda, un sistema que permite el aislamiento de ves\u00edculas a nivel industrial, sin afectar la integridad y funcionalidad de \u00e9stas\u0094<\/em>, seg\u00fan informa El\u00edas Hurtado del departamento de Biotecnolog\u00eda de AINIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, seg\u00fan ha explicado Laura Soriano, del departamento de Biotecnolog\u00eda de AINIA, <em>\u0093estas ves\u00edculas ofrecen muchas posibilidades como ingredientes funcionales que podr\u00edan ser incorporados en <strong>bebidas u otro tipo de alimentos<\/strong>, en <strong>cremas<\/strong> cosm\u00e9ticas o como activos en <strong>c\u00e1psulas<\/strong> u otros formatos, por poner algunos ejemplos. Sin embargo, para cada caso se debe seguir investigando en la mejor alternativa para mantener la viabilidad t\u00e9cnico-econ\u00f3mica del proceso\u0094<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Las ves\u00edculas extracelulares como ingrediente innovador para la industria<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/potencial-vesiculas-extracelulares-ingrediente-funcional-industria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ves\u00edculas extracelulares<\/a>, peque\u00f1as estructuras rodeadas de una membrana producidas por las c\u00e9lulas de cualquier organismo, son una representaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula de la que proceden y sirven para comunicarse con otras c\u00e9lulas, \u00f3rganos o tejidos del organismo, transportando sustancias bioactivas. Esta funci\u00f3n supone un gran potencial en el campo de la salud, para su empleo en el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades, como activo con efecto biol\u00f3gico, o como sistema de liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos o <em>carrier,<\/em> si se introduce otra mol\u00e9cula de inter\u00e9s. Pero tambi\u00e9n abre el campo a grandes posibilidades para la industria alimentaria o cosm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En medicina se han aplicado metodolog\u00edas de separaci\u00f3n de ves\u00edculas extracelulares mediante tecnolog\u00edas que no son escalables a nivel industrial. Adem\u00e1s, muchas veces obtienen una alta pureza, pero bajos rendimientos, por lo que no son rentables. <em>\u0093La optimizaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos que permitan procesar y obtener mayor volumen de ves\u00edculas extracelulares manteniendo su funcionalidad, proporciona una herramienta \u00fatil para explorar estas aplicaciones en distintos sectores industriales\u0094<\/em>, ha destacado Laura Soriano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todas las c\u00e9lulas (incluyendo las bacterias, las c\u00e9lulas vegetales o las humanas) son fuentes de este tipo de ves\u00edculas, lo que permite explorar m\u00faltiples funcionalidades. Sin embargo, seg\u00fan ha explicado Laura Soriano, <em>\u0093al ser un ingrediente tan innovador en este campo, es necesario tener en cuenta aspectos como: que su producci\u00f3n a gran escala sea rentable, que se caracterice el contenido de las ves\u00edculas extracelulares obtenidas, as\u00ed como que se optimicen las condiciones de almacenamiento apropiadas para mantener su estabilidad a largo plazo\u0094<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan ha explicado Laura Soriano (AINIA) en el marco del proyecto FIVEX<em>, \u0093hemos evaluado y aplicado distintos m\u00e9todos de aislamiento que permiten el escalado del proceso de separaci\u00f3n de las ves\u00edculas extracelulares a partir de distintas fuentes, al mismo tiempo que hemos caracterizado el efecto biol\u00f3gico de las mismas\u0094<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/empresas-apuestan-innovacion-31-empresas-ainia-network-colaboran-9-proyectos-feder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proyecto FIVEX<\/a>, cuenta con el respaldo del Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE) con co-financiaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, a trav\u00e9s del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER)<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-102909 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/logo-feder-300x129-1.png\" alt=\"logo-feder\" width=\"300\" height=\"129\" \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del proyecto FIVEX, AINIA ha dise\u00f1ado un sistema de purificaci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n de ves\u00edculas extracelulares, escalable a nivel industrial.
