El consumidor busca el placer, s\u00ed, pero para evaluar sus niveles prioriza aquellos productos alimentarios que: posean cualidades saludables, sean adecuados para cubrir determinadas necesidades diet\u00e9ticas personales y aquellos que provoquen sensaciones concretas, \u00edntimamente vinculadas al sabor y al placer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 factores gu\u00edan la compra hed\u00f3nica en alimentaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los impulsores de consumo no son inamovibles. Muy al contrario, se ven transformados y con ello nacen diferentes tendencias que afectan a la innovaci\u00f3n alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">Hedonismo alimentario y salud, la evoluci\u00f3n hacia lo saludable<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La revista<em> Food and Drink<\/em> \u00a0<em>Six top trends to dominate food industry of 2025<\/em> asegura que \u0093l<strong>a comida es un combustible divertido<\/strong>\u0094. Seg\u00fan la encuesta de la conferencia <em>Food City <\/em>de la que se hacen eco, s\u00f3lo un 9% de los alimentos que consumimos los elegimos sin que por ello lleven aparejado una connotaci\u00f3n relativa al placer, la comodidad o la manera en la que nos sentimos cuando los comemos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad, el concepto hedonismo alimentario y salud van cada vez m\u00e1s unidos. Como analizamos en el art\u00edculo \u0093Alimentaci\u00f3n: Lo &#8220;natural y saludable&#8221; marcar\u00e1 el desarrollo de nuevos productos en 2016\u0094, los consumidores son plenamente conscientes de la relaci\u00f3n existente entre la dieta y la salud. Como consecuencia, buscan <strong>alimentos que introduzcan ingredientes naturales f\u00e1cilmente reconocibles <\/strong>y reservan un sitio en su cesta de la compra para aquellos productos alimentarios que presenten <strong>e<\/strong><strong>tiquetas limpias \u0093libres de\u0094 o \u0093con contenido reducido\u0094<\/strong> (al\u00e9rgenos, etiquetas E, sal, grasas, az\u00facar, etc.). Y esto tambi\u00e9n en los productos incluidos en la categor\u00eda de hed\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">Hedonismo alimentario y sabor, foco de los gourmet o premium<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No podemos olvidar que en la f\u00f3rmula del concepto \u0093hedonismo alimentario\u0094, l<strong>as propiedades sensoriales de los alimentos tienen un alto valor<\/strong>, especialmente el sabor. Esta cualidad es determinante a la hora de escoger los alimentos que consumimos. As\u00ed lo afirmaba el panel de consumidores realizado por Consumolab el pasado verano. En \u00e9l el 97,3% de los encuestados admitieron que el sabor es el factor m\u00e1s importante a la hora de comprar un producto alimentario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, \u00a0el consumidor actual tiende a la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas texturas que le sorprendan y aprecia los alimentos gourmet o premium. Todo ello lo valora en relaci\u00f3n a la calidad de sus ingredientes, al cuidado la salud, as\u00ed como al sabor y las diferentes sensaciones que el alimento le provoca. El placer por el placer tiene una menor cabida en la nueva concepci\u00f3n de hedonismo alimentario actual.
