La iniciativa ha logrado aislar m\u00e1s de 100 cepas y poner en marcha una plataforma que facilita su an\u00e1lisis y selecci\u00f3n, contribuyendo a la innovaci\u00f3n biotecnol\u00f3gica en la industria.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bioprospecci\u00f3n para ampliar la biodiversidad microbiana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto BIOPROSPECT se ha centrado en la b\u00fasqueda de microorganismos en diversos entornos naturales, con el objetivo de identificar bacterias \u00e1cido l\u00e1cticas con propiedades funcionales. Estas cepas presentan potencial para mejorar procesos fermentativos y aportar beneficios probi\u00f3ticos, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras en alimentaci\u00f3n y salud.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Caracterizaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n funcional<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las cepas seleccionadas han sido sometidas a an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9ticos y ensayos <em>in vitro<\/em> que simulan las condiciones del sistema digestivo. Los resultados confirman propiedades clave como <strong>resistencia a pH \u00e1cido y sales biliares, capacidad fermentativa y comportamiento probi\u00f3tico<\/strong>, lo que las convierte en candidatas para aplicaciones en alimentaci\u00f3n y salud.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185772 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/bioprospect-placa-petri-1024x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"cepas bio\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica para acelerar la selecci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del proyecto se ha desarrollado tambi\u00e9n una <strong>plataforma automatizada<\/strong> que permite el cribado masivo y la monitorizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real del crecimiento microbiano.
