En su fase final, se han desarrollado <strong>prototipos innovadores que combinan el uso de materiales conductivos y la aplicaci\u00f3n de voltaje<\/strong>, tecnolog\u00edas dise\u00f1adas para optimizar el proceso de purificaci\u00f3n de biog\u00e1s y aumentar su valor energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Optimizar el biometano<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto UPBIOMET+2 busca aprovechar la ruta DIET (Direct Interspecies Electron Transfer), un proceso metab\u00f3lico avanzado que mejora la transferencia directa de electrones entre microorganismos durante la digesti\u00f3n anaerobia. Para ello, se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas como la incorporaci\u00f3n de biochar, un material conductivo que facilita esta transferencia, y electrodos de grafito para aplicar un ligero voltaje. Estas innovaciones, que aumentan la producci\u00f3n de metano, se han probado en <strong>condiciones m\u00e1s cercanas a escenarios industriales reales<\/strong>, empleando sustratos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/catorce-empresas-ainia-network-participan-5-proyectos-id-primer-semestre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empresas de la Comunidad Valenciana<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nuevos prototipos para escenarios reales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la fase final del proyecto, se han desarrollado <strong>dos prototipos<\/strong> que operan a diferentes temperaturas (mes\u00f3fila y term\u00f3fila). Esto ha permitido analizar c\u00f3mo estas tecnolog\u00edas influyen en la cantidad y calidad del biog\u00e1s producido, los cambios en las comunidades microbianas durante el proceso, la posibilidad de reutilizar el biochar y las limitaciones t\u00e9cnicas de trabajar a temperaturas m\u00e1s altas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hacia un modelo energ\u00e9tico m\u00e1s sostenible<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto UPBIOMET+2, financiado por el programa de ayudas impulsado por el IVACE y la Uni\u00f3n Europea, refuerza el papel del biog\u00e1s como una soluci\u00f3n clave en la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.
