En este sentido, las<strong> microalgas <\/strong>y la<strong> lenteja de agua<\/strong> suponen una alternativa \u00f3ptima \u00a0debido a su alto contenido proteico, as\u00ed como sus altos \u00a0rendimientos productivos en sistemas de cultivo artificial. Sin embargo, existen algunas limitaciones y retos t\u00e9cnicos que AINIA est\u00e1 estudiando en el marco del \u00a0proyecto SUPRALEM. Dirigido al estudio de la <strong>producci\u00f3n de biomasas acu\u00e1ticas alternativas<\/strong>, para el <strong>desarrollo de nuevos alimentos funcionales basados en prote\u00ednas vegetales de manera sostenible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto integra tres grandes objetivos. En primer lugar, la investigaci\u00f3n y estudio del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/cultivos-acuaticos-productos-plant-based\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cultivo artificial de lenteja de agua y microalgas<\/a>, atendiendo a su crecimiento y a la operatividad del cultivo. En segundo lugar, se analizar\u00e1n los pre-tratamientos y la concentraci\u00f3n de sus extractos de inter\u00e9s. Y por \u00faltimo, se investigar\u00e1n nuevos ingredientes funcionales basados en extractos de lenteja de agua y microalgas.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/ainia-desarrollara-13-nuevos-proyectos-de-id-financiados-por-ivace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SUPRALEM es un proyecto de I+D<\/a> de car\u00e1cter no econ\u00f3mico, en colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas, que cuenta con el apoyo del Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE) y la cofinanciaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea a trav\u00e9s del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER).<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/logo-IVACE-FEDER-2022-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-164017 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/logo-IVACE-FEDER-2022-1-1024x110-1.png\" alt=\"logo IVACE FEDER 2022\" width=\"1024\" height=\"110\" \/><\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El aumento de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial hace imprescindible la b\u00fasqueda de fuentes de prote\u00ednas alternativas a las de origen animal.
