El objetivo es obtener materiales de valor una vez finalice la vida \u00fatil de los envases, que puedan utilizarse tanto para la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos pl\u00e1sticos reciclados, como para la obtenci\u00f3n de productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras los resultados obtenidos en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/ainia-polimeros-residuos-envases-procesos-quimicos-sostenibles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proyecto REVALORIZA<\/a>, en el que AINIA obtuvo precursores de pol\u00edmeros a partir de residuos de bioenvases mediante procesos qu\u00edmicos sostenibles, REVALORIZA II se focalizar\u00e1 en escalar la aplicabilidad de las tecnolog\u00edas desarrolladas en la primera fase con el objetivo de aportar soluciones al mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el desarrollo qu\u00edmico de polihidroxialcanoatos (PHAs), un tipo de biopl\u00e1stico muy vers\u00e1til que actualmente se obtiene mediante biotecnolog\u00eda. Esta es una innovaci\u00f3n significativa, ya que hasta ahora no se hab\u00eda logrado aplicar procesos de reciclado qu\u00edmico a los PHAs. \u0093La validaci\u00f3n experimental de estos modelos predictivos nos ayudar\u00e1 al dise\u00f1o y s\u00edntesis de biopol\u00edmeros con propiedades espec\u00edficas para una amplia gama de aplicaciones\u0094 ha se\u00f1alado Andr\u00e9s Sala, de la Unidad de Tecnolog\u00edas de envase en AINIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se continuar\u00e1 avanzando en el desarrollo de modelos te\u00f3ricos computacionales y el uso de bases de datos con el objetivo de aplicarlos al dise\u00f1o sistem\u00e1tico de pol\u00edmeros en funci\u00f3n de su composici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Biopol\u00edmeros, alternativa sostenible a los pl\u00e1sticos tradicionales<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto REVALORIZA II supone un paso m\u00e1s en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/desafio-reciclaje-revalorizacion-envases-plasticos-biodegradables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compromiso de AINIA por encontrar soluciones sostenibles<\/a> con las que abordar el desaf\u00edo de los residuos pl\u00e1sticos. Una de las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s prometedoras y novedosas es el desarrollo de biopol\u00edmeros, como alternativa sostenible a los pl\u00e1sticos tradicionales derivados de fuentes f\u00f3siles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de su origen renovable, estos biopol\u00edmeros est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para ser biodegradables o compostables, pero la producci\u00f3n es costosa. \u00a0En este sentido, el reciclaje qu\u00edmico ofrece la posibilidad de recuperar gran parte del valor a\u00f1adido de estos materiales una vez finalice su vida \u00fatil, tanto para la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos pl\u00e1sticos reciclados como para la obtenci\u00f3n de productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido con unos costes competitivos en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La continuaci\u00f3n del proyecto REVALORIZA forma parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/ainia-desarrollara-13-nuevos-proyectos-de-id-financiados-por-ivace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programa de ayudas para proyectos de I+D en colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas 2023<\/a> del Institut Valenci\u00e0 de la Competitivitat Empresarial (IVACE), financiado por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n\n&nbsp;\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del proyecto REVALORIZA II, AINIA investiga soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s sostenibles y econ\u00f3micas para el reciclaje qu\u00edmico de residuos biopl\u00e1sticos de envases.
