El objetivo del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/diseno-envases-eye-tracking-conocer-consumidor-ojos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proyecto EYETRACPACK<\/a>, cofinanciado por los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/proyectos-publicos\/ivace-feder-eyetracpack-investigacion-sensorial-consumidor-disenyo-envases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fondos FEDER y el Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE),<\/a> es <strong>predecir el comportamiento<\/strong> <strong>del consumidor<\/strong> <strong>mediante el seguimiento ocular, con el fin de entender c\u00f3mo procesa la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El envase supone una experiencia emocional para el usuario final. El objetivo es <strong>dise\u00f1ar envases que maximicen el impacto del producto en el consumidor.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tecnolog\u00eda Eye-tracking se utiliza con frecuencia en la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en campos como la psicolog\u00eda, la investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica, el rendimiento humano, en productos de software, el marketing, la publicidad y las marcas, y en el comportamiento del comprador, examinando la ubicaci\u00f3n del producto en el lineal y la experiencia de usuario.\u00a0 Con su aplicaci\u00f3n al consumo alimentario EYETRACPACK \u0093pretende cubrir la necesidad de disponer de m\u00e9todos que proporcionen informaci\u00f3n fiable y v\u00e1lida sobre las expectativas, percepciones, recuerdos, emociones y procesos de decisi\u00f3n de los consumidores con el fin de explicar y predecir su comportamiento a la hora de comprar alimentos para obtener un mayor \u00e9xito en la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos\u0094, apunta Ver\u00f3nica Trapero de la Unidad de investigaci\u00f3n sensorial y del consumidor de AINIA.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rastreadores oculares: Investigaci\u00f3n aplicada al dise\u00f1o de envases<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para su aplicaci\u00f3n se han identificado y seleccionado las variables m\u00e9tricas que requieren ser tenidas en cuenta en el dise\u00f1o de envases y etiquetas. Los resultados obtenidos se han materializado en diferentes prototipos de envases y etiquetas, cuyo dise\u00f1o ha estado orientado a partir de un estudio previo con 300 consumidores sobre la detecci\u00f3n de oportunidades en el desarrollo de envases sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Las medidas inconscientes de la percepci\u00f3n del consumidor, como el eye-tracking, combinadas con cuestionarios, son una buena alternativa para orientar la comunicaci\u00f3n al consumidor de manera m\u00e1s eficaz y as\u00ed apoyar en el dise\u00f1o de envases en la fase de desarrollo de la comunicaci\u00f3n del producto\u0094, a\u00f1ade Ver\u00f3nica Trapero de la Unidad de investigaci\u00f3n sensorial y del consumidor de AINIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La metodolog\u00eda se ha puesto a punto a partir de dos casos pr\u00e1cticos que se validaron con el seguimiento ocular (Eye-Tracking): uno para<strong> productos c\u00e1rnicos <\/strong>y otro para <strong>snacks horneados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta tecnolog\u00eda no invasiva permite registrar la actividad ocular sin colocarle un dispositivo al consumidor, se trata de una barra de seguimiento ocular incorporada al ordenador que emite haces de luz infrarroja (IR) y genera destellos en la c\u00f3rnea que son registrados por una videoc\u00e1mara que identifica, mediante complejos algoritmos de computaci\u00f3n, las pupilas del usuario para poder procesar la informaci\u00f3n mediante un software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El rastreador ocular mide d\u00f3nde, c\u00f3mo y en qu\u00e9 orden se dirige la mirada, en un v\u00ednculo denominado ojo-mente (eye-mind).
