Lograr un control m\u00e1s exhaustivo de la contaminaci\u00f3n de los alimentos contribuye a reducir las posibles incidencias en la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n provocadas por la ingesta de alimentos en mal estado.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el marco del proyecto MICRODET, AINIA \u00a0investiga nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis microbiol\u00f3gico m\u00e1s precisas que permitan facilitar la detecci\u00f3n de microorganismos, as\u00ed como m\u00e9todos para automatizar las tareas de recuento de cultivos que se hacen habitualmente en los laboratorios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bacterias como la <em>Salmonella, <\/em>el <em>Campylobacter <\/em>y la<em> Escherichia coli enterohemorr\u00e1gica<\/em> est\u00e1n entre los pat\u00f3genos de transmisi\u00f3n alimentaria m\u00e1s comunes y los efectos de su presencia en los alimentos afectan a millones de personas cada a\u00f1o en todo el mundo, a veces, con consecuencias muy graves para la salud. Por este motivo, garantizar la inocuidad de los alimentos en toda la cadena alimentaria es un objetivo prioritario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una manera de reducir los efectos negativos causados por alimentos en mal estado consiste en desarrollar nuevas t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas, automatizadas y econ\u00f3micas que faciliten el control de la contaminaci\u00f3n de los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Innovadoras tecnolog\u00edas \u00f3pticas y automatizadas para un control m\u00e1s eficaz de los alimentos<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para lograrlo, el proyecto MICRODET, que cuenta con el apoyo del IVACE y los Fondos FEDER, est\u00e1 trabajando con tecnolog\u00edas \u00f3pticas avanzadas (tecnolog\u00edas de excitaci\u00f3n multiespectral, nuevos sensores de imagen de alta resoluci\u00f3n, sensores microelectr\u00f3nicos hiperespectrales), que permitan detectar y medir de manera m\u00e1s eficaz las colonias de diferentes microrganismos presentes en los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, se est\u00e1n investigando nuevos m\u00e9todos para automatizar el recuento de cultivos de los microorganismos m\u00e1s habituales en la industria alimentaria y que obligan en la actualidad, a hacer un procesado manual por operarios para su lectura y an\u00e1lisis, puesto que los sistemas disponibles no funcionan bien y tienen una tasa de acierto en el recuento muy baja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Disponer de nuevas herramientas que permitan realizar un control m\u00e1s exhaustivo y automatizado ofrecer\u00e1 resultados m\u00e1s seguros sobre la inocuidad de los productos alimenticios y reducir\u00e1 los costes de los an\u00e1lisis, mejorando la competitividad de las empresas del sector agroalimentario y reduciendo el impacto ocasionado por alimentos en mal estado en la salud de los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-28626\" src=\"https:\/\/ainia.endesarrollo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/logos-IVACE-y-FEDER-300x45-1.jpg\" alt=\"logos-ivace-y-feder\" width=\"300\" height=\"45\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AINIA trabaja en el desarrollo de innovadoras tecnolog\u00edas \u00f3pticas de an\u00e1lisis microbiol\u00f3gico para detectar de manera m\u00e1s eficiente microorganismos complejos presentes en los alimentos.
