Principalmente existe tres tipos: los<strong> hidratos de carbono,<\/strong> <strong>las grasas y las prote\u00ednas <\/strong>que se encuentran en alimentos como <strong>cereales, verduras, carnes o pescados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">C\u00f3mo estamos los espa\u00f1oles en la ingesta de macronutrientes<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos conocer la <strong>valoraci\u00f3n nutricional de los espa\u00f1oles a partir de los datos de consumo y de composici\u00f3n de los alimentos<\/strong> que permiten conocer la situaci\u00f3n en cuanto a la ingesta de nutrientes por comparaci\u00f3n con valores de referencia o recomendaciones. De modo general se detectan as\u00ed las ingestas inadecuadas, tanto por carencias o excesos. Son los llamados Estudios de Valoraci\u00f3n Nutricional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrici\u00f3n <\/strong> (AESAN)\u00a0 ha realizado un estudio <strong>de este tipo entre la poblaci\u00f3n adulta espa\u00f1ola <\/strong>en el que <strong>se ha evaluado la ingesta de energ\u00eda, macro y micronutrientes<\/strong>. La estimaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo cruzando los datos de consumo de alimentos obtenidos en la Encuesta Nacional de Ingesta Diet\u00e9tica ENIDE y los de composici\u00f3n nutricional de dichos alimentos, recogidos en la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bedca.net\">Base Espa\u00f1ola de Datos de Composici\u00f3n de Alimentos BEDCA <\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">Los datos apuntan a que los espa\u00f1oles tenemos<\/h5>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>ingestas muy bajas de verduras<\/strong>, hortalizas, frutas y sus derivados<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>ingestas bajas de cereales<\/strong>, en su mayor parte refinados<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>un consumo elevado de carnes y derivados<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>un consumo elevado de productos elaborados con alto contenido en sodio, grasa y az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por otro lado, otras interesantes conclusiones son:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>La ingesta de energ\u00eda est\u00e1 ligeramente por debajo de las ingestas recomendadas<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Con la edad se produce un aumento en la ingesta de energ\u00eda en las mujeres y una disminuci\u00f3n en los hombres.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>La grasa aporta m\u00e1s de un tercio de la energ\u00eda total de la dieta<\/strong>, pr\u00e1cticamente igual que los hidratos de carbono.
