La jornada \u0093<strong>Fast Moving Consumers Goods: El valor a\u00f1adido que aportan los nuevos enfoques sensoriales\u0094 <\/strong>abordar\u00e1 primicias en <strong>metodolog\u00edas sensoriales,<\/strong> como la realidad virtual o t\u00e9cnicas neuronales, para conocer las emociones y los <strong>factores que m\u00e1s influyen en el consumidor <\/strong>a la hora de elegir un producto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Expertos<\/strong> de empresas y centros de investigaci\u00f3n de Holanda, Dinamarca, Reino Unido, Suecia, B\u00e9lgica, Canad\u00e1, Islandia, Francia y Espa\u00f1a se dar\u00e1n <strong>cita en una jornada <\/strong>que presentar\u00e1n, en algunos casos en primicia, <strong>experiencias realizadas y los \u00faltimos m\u00e9todos sensoriales <\/strong>para conocer el <strong>comportamiento y las preferencias del consumidor<\/strong>. La utilizaci\u00f3n la realidad virtual para conocer la respuesta del consumidor ante determinados est\u00edmulos o el <strong>Eye Tracking <\/strong>y las <strong>t\u00e9cnicas neuronales <\/strong>como complemento a la investigaci\u00f3n sensorial son algunos ejemplos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se abordar\u00e1n <strong>casos de \u00e9xito <\/strong>referentes como el de Anne Goldman, Vice President of Consumer Research at ACCE International de Canad\u00e1, quien explicar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo desarrollar productos cosm\u00e9ticos y de droguer\u00eda integrando en el proceso de desarrollo estudios de investigaci\u00f3n sensorial con consumidores; o las experiencias de Emilia Marinsdottir, Research Group Leader of Innovations and Consumers at Matis, de Islandia, sobre el caso del an\u00e1lisis sensorial aplicado a pescados enriquecidos para dar respuesta a un consumidor cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s consciente del papel de la alimentaci\u00f3n en su salud, son algunos de los ejemplos del potente programa del seminario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En \u0093<strong>Fast Moving Consumers Goods: El valor a\u00f1adido que aportan los nuevos enfoques sensoriales\u0094 <\/strong>destacar\u00e1 la asistencia de David Lyon, Director Global Sensor Perfumery and Flavours del grupo empresarial Firmenich, del Reino Unido, uno de los grandes especialistas en la aplicaci\u00f3n de las Ciencias Sensoriales en el sector de alimentaci\u00f3n tras su larga trayectoria en Campden BRI (UK) y en el sector de la Perfumer\u00eda desde su cargo actual en la multinacional Firmenich UK Ltd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/web\/acerca-de-ainia\/profesionalidad\/direccion-tecnica-de-consumolab\/-\/articulos\/y2cJ\/content\/maria-jose-sanchez-climent\">Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez, <\/a>responsable t\u00e9cnico de\u00a0AINIA Consumer y organizadora del evento ha apuntado que \u0093innovar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos pasa por conocer mejor al consumidor: sus preferencias y su comportamiento. Para ello, es clave analizar y entender al consumidor.
