Tambi\u00e9n <strong>en clave seguridad alimentaria se han detectado recientes brotes de<em> Hepatitis A<\/em> procedentes de bayas congeladas<\/strong>. <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo trabajan los laboratorios de control en la detecci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos y virus en los alimentos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/ainia-news\/5-ventajas-contar-laboratorios-acreditados-enac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratorios de control de alimentos <\/a>como los de AINIA CENTRO TECNOL\u00d3GICO analizan diariamente gran cantidad de muestras de productos de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En sus controles rutinarios o de alertas alimentarias existentes se detecta cu\u00e1ndo un alimento est\u00e1 contaminado por un pat\u00f3geno, un virus o cualquier otro microorganismo de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laura Verd\u00fa, t\u00e9cnico del departamentode bioensayos de AINIA, explica en este v\u00eddeo <strong>cu\u00e1les son los pat\u00f3genos m\u00e1s comunes en los alimentos <\/strong>(adem\u00e1s de la <em>Salmonella, la Listeria monocytogenes, E.Coli o el Staphylococcus aureus<\/em>, entre otros) <strong>y c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n creciendo tambi\u00e9n las toxiinfecciones alimentarias procedentes de virus en alimentos<\/strong>. Entre otros, aumentan <strong>las alertas de Norovirus que est\u00e1n asociados fundamentalmente al consumo de moluscos bivalvos, o la Hepatitis A asociada al consumo de bayas, fresas o frambuesas <\/strong>contaminadas.<\/p>\n<iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ehgaIc_pDHc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<h5 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">Sistema RASFF, eficaz sistema de control de alertas alimentarias en la UE<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los pa\u00edses miembros de la Uni\u00f3n Europea contamos con una excelente<strong> herramienta para el control de las alertas alimentarias: las bases de datos de RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed)<\/strong>.
