Los resultados obtenidos en este proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n aplicada evidencian que<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: normal;\"> las nanopart\u00edculas incorporadas en los materiales polim\u00e9ricos (pl\u00e1sticos) para la obtenci\u00f3n de los envases cosm\u00e9ticos mejoran las propiedades de los mismos, haci\u00e9ndolos m\u00e1s seguros, sostenibles y competitivos.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: normal;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Las nanopart\u00edculas <\/strong>con las se ha trabajado en este proyecto (nanoarcillas y \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos) contribuyen a aportar un valor a\u00f1adido en la fabricaci\u00f3n de envases cosm\u00e9ticos dado que:<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">\u0095<strong> Hacen innecesaria la utilizaci\u00f3n de adicionales aditivos <\/strong>y de elevados porcentajes de cargas gracias a la mayor eficiencia del nuevo material mejorado con nanopart\u00edculas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">\u0095 <strong>Disminuyen la cantidad de materia prima para elaborar el envase<\/strong>, con el consiguiente ahorro de costes, al pasar de materiales formados por m\u00faltiples capas a materiales de una sola capa (monocapa).<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">\u0095 <strong>O<\/strong><strong>torgan a los envases pl\u00e1sticos propiedades avanzadas <\/strong>como una mayor barrera a los gases y mejores propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y t\u00e9rmicas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h5 class=\"subtitulo-naranja\">Objetivo: Mejorar las propiedades de los envases cosm\u00e9ticos con nanomateriales<\/h5>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, <strong>el pl\u00e1stico es el material m\u00e1s empleado por la industria cosm\u00e9tica<\/strong> para el envasado de sus productos, dadas las m\u00faltiples ventajas que presenta en cuanto a libertad de dise\u00f1o, ligereza, resistencia y duraci\u00f3n. NANOPACK ha conseguido demostrar que todas estas propiedades pueden ser mejoradas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n <strong>se ha estudiado la incorporaci\u00f3n de estas nanopart\u00edculas a biopol\u00edmeros (biopl\u00e1sticos) procedentes de fuentes renovables<\/strong>, avanzando as\u00ed en las prestaciones de estos nuevos materiales para el envase cosm\u00e9tico. Para ello, se han evaluado qu\u00e9 biopl\u00e1sticos presentaban mayores posibilidades de incorporaci\u00f3n teniendo en cuenta las exigencias que nos marcaban los envases cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">Los resultados del proyecto NANOPACK, de 24 meses de duraci\u00f3n y financiado por el IVACE, pueden ser aplicables no \u00fanicamente a cosm\u00e9tica, sino a otros sectores tambi\u00e9n con elevadas exigencias de uso, como el del envase de aceites industriales.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: normal; text-align: justify;\">NANOPACK es un proyecto enmarcado dentro del Programa de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico, dentro de las ayudas dirigidas a los Institutos Tecnol\u00f3gicos de la Comunidad Valenciana para el periodo 2011-2015.
